Important information

The Pateira Cup Organization informs that all teams requiring accommodation for the tournament must make their reservations through the organization.

Teams that do not comply with this rule won’t be accepted into the tournament.

Reservations

When the withdrawal of participation implies the cancellation of accommodation requested by the team, the refund of the amounts will be made as follows:

• If the team cancels the participation after payment of the deposit amount, this amount will not be refunded.
• If you cancel your participation between May 15th and May 19th, 2024, only 70% of the value of the stay, food and transport package will be refunded.
• If you cancel your participation between May 20th and May 31st, 2024, only 50% of the value of the stay, food and transport package will be refunded.
• No payment will be refunded if the team cancels its participation after May 31st, 2024, the same applies if the team does not participate in the tournament even if the reason for non-participation is due to delays or cancellations of flights, buses, trains, strikes or other similar events.

Insurance and Liabilities

Each player must have sports medical insurance, which must cover accidents on and off the field of play.

Pateira Cup does not have any type of group insurance or protection for participants in case of injury, illness, theft or damage to property and is not responsible in any way for injuries occurring in the dispute of any tournament game or outside this sporting participation, nor for any accidents, injuries or any other physical, personal, patrimonial or moral damage to the athlete.
